Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Most orders arrive within 7–21 business days.

Shipping Rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

  • Free shipping promotions (when offered) will automatically apply at checkout.

International Orders

  • We ship worldwide, with the exception of countries that restrict certain supplement ingredients (e.g., Australia due to Cetyl Myristoleate restrictions).

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Flexcin is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
