Our guarantee applies to your first order of the Flexcin 3-bottle (90-day) supply. Single bottles and subsequent orders are not covered.

If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 90 days of your purchase date and return the empty bottles for a full refund of the purchase price. Orders that shipped free are refunded in full; where shipping was charged, the original shipping cost is not refunded.

To start a return, email customercare@flexcin.com or call (800) 505-0575 with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
