A few months ago, I fell and tore the meniscus in my knee. The doc gave me a shot of cortisone and I kept applying the Motion Lotion to it twice a day. The lotion has helped a lot. My knee is no longer painful, but I am still applying the lotion until I go back to the doc to see what he says. Thank you for helping me.

Takeing two in morning and two evening has help me move better and void any surgery.
