This Week Shelby Harvey Makes Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Follow along with Shelby and her recipe as she walks you through making delicious Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies that will have unable to stop at just one!

Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies Ingredients:

3/4 C Almond Flour
1/4 C Coconut Flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda
Dash of Salt
1/2 C Coconut Oil
1/2 C Honey
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Egg
3/4 C Dark Chocolate Chips

Materials

Baking Sheet
Coconut Oil Spray or Aluminum Foil
Large Bowl
Whisk

Directions

1) Combine wet and dry ingredients, whisk until well incorporated
2) Allow mix to set in refrigerator for 10 minutes
3) Form mixture into Tbsp size balls and place about an inch apart on baking sheet (use spoon to flatten cookies)
4) Bake cookies on 350° for 10- 13 minutes depending on over (check after 10 minutes)
5) Enjoy!
