A new study published in the Annals of the Rheumatic Diseases medical journal, concludes that eating a weekly portion of salmon, or regular servings of other fish, could decrease your chances of developing rheumatoid arthritis by half. Researchers underscored omega-3 fatty acids as being the key component in fish responsible for the reduced risk of Rheumatic Arthritis development.
